We are currently looking for a recruitment resourcer to work in our Hyderabad office assisting a team who place a high volume of candidates in a variety of different roles within Construction, Engineering and IT. You will be expected to source candidates using CV databases (Reed, Totaljobs, Monster, Dice, Career builder) and to conduct in depth phone screens/Interviews to assess their suitability for each role. The main duties are: Phone screens and phone interviews with potential candidates Working through job applications Searching CV databases for potential candidates Superb problem solving and multi-tasking capabilities; distinctive attention to detail Ability to work successfully in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment Strong knowledge of the local talent market and sourcing channels Drive to achieve aggressive recruiting goals under tight deadlines Demonstrated initiative, judgment and maturity; track record as self-starter Discreet, respectful and caring with confidential information bases for potential candidates We are looking for someone who is confident and is happy with spending a lot of time on the phone for the majority of the day, you will be required to speak to a broad spectrum of candidates at a variety of different levels.
